Thinking of leaving before your lease ends?
Depending on the terms of your lease, you may be able to pay a termination fee to end your lease early, which is usually equivalent to three months rent and requires repayment of any concessions you may have received. If you would like to start the process of terminating your lease, then the first step is to submit a support ticket, and our Member Support Team will be more than happy to help.
