Move Out Checklist

On the end date of your occupancy, you must be completely moved out of your room by 12pm to ensure the room can be cleaned and readied for the following member. Failure to move all of your personal items out by this time may result in an additional fee.

You are welcome to leave earlier, though you are financially responsible for your room until the end date on your signed membership agreement.

If you are transferring between Common homes, the date of your transfer will be the date agreed upon with your Renewal Manager.

Please ensure that all of the following are completed prior to your departure: 

1. Complete all steps in the Security Deposit Returns article (providing forwarding information) to ensure a proper return of your Security Deposit, if applicable.

2. Forward your mail to your new address.

3. Collect any personal items from the kitchen, bathroom, and common spaces, including the refrigerator and cabinets.

4. Leave any keys, fobs, or keycards on the nightstand of your unit, including any parking clickers or passes where applicable.

5. Close any utility accounts, if applicable.
