Understanding Standardized Digital Transaction Fees

Modified on Wed, 13 Mar at 10:04 AM

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to digital transaction fees and as such, we want to make sure that our customers are aware of the fees associated with different payment methods. Here is a breakdown of our standardized digital transaction fees:

  • Credit Card Payments: For credit card payments, we charge a fee of $3.50 plus 2.95% of the total transaction amount. This fee covers the cost of processing the payment through the credit card network.

  • Debit Card Payments: For debit card payments, we charge a flat fee of $7.95. This fee covers the cost of processing the payment through the debit card network.

  • ACH Direct Deposit Payments: For ACH direct deposit payments, there are no fees. This is because ACH payments are processed through the Automated Clearing House network, which is a low-cost payment system.

We understand that transaction fees can be a concern for our customers, which is why we strive to keep our fees as low as possible while still covering our costs. We also offer alternative payment methods, such as ACH direct deposit, to help our customers save on fees.
