Inside the residential units and/or shared space of the building, such as your suite, public restrooms, lounges, parking lots, etc.
Outside of areas that are part of residential units, including balconies, patios and porches.
Outdoor common areas, including play areas, rooftops, courtyards, backyards, etc.
Outdoors within 25 feet of property grounds.
Smoking in our homes or on the property grounds constitutes a lease violation. This may include tobacco, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and other smoke-producing products. If you smell something or see smoke drifting in or out of residential units or common areas, alert our team via the support button in the app.
